Kaalafino provides end-to-end finance and accounting outsourcing solutions that help businesses and professional firms streamline operations, improve financial visibility, and optimize their accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.

- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

- Process vendor bills, payments, and approvals through Bill.com.

- Maintain accounting records and transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.

- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

- Prepare financial statements and accounting reports.

- Handle journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.

- Review general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate accounting documentation.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on accounting-related queries.

- Support audit and financial reporting requirements.

- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Required Skills &

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.

- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

- Experience with Bill.com is preferred.

- Good understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.

- Knowledge of full-cycle accounting.

- Experience with AP, AR, bank reconciliations,



and credit card reconciliations.

- Basic understanding of month-end closing procedures.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- CA / CMA / CPA / MBA or relevant certification is an advantage.

- Experience in accounting outsourcing, BPO, shared services, or professional services is a plus.

- Experience with Xero, Sage, NetSuite, or other accounting software is an advantage.
