Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Accountant to independently manage the complete end-to-end accounting operations of ourorganization. The ideal candidate must be a Tally expert with a solid background in manufacturing or engineering environments. You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, inventory tracking, vendor/customer ledgers, and statutory tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Accounting in Tally: Maintain complete, error-free books of accounts up to the finalization stage using Tally.

- Manufacturing &
- Inventory Costing:

Track raw material procurement (SS/MS sheets, pipes, consumables), monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP), value finished structural goods, and account for steel scrap sales.

- Receivables &

- Payables Management:

Issue timely invoices based on delivery challans/project milestones, follow up on outstanding client payments, and verify vendor invoices against purchase orders.

- Job Work Accounting: Manage ledgers and documentation for inward and outward job-work processes common in metal fabrication.

- Taxation &

- Compliance:

Prepare, verify,



and file monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), ensure accurate Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliation, generate E-way bills, and handle TDS/TCS deductions.

- Banking &

- Reconciliations:

Perform regular bank reconciliations, manage cash flow, and oversee payment processing for vendors and factory payroll.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting.

- Experience: 3 to 5+ years of practical accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering facility.

- Software Expertise: Mastery of Tally (Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime) is mandatory. Proficient in MS Excel for generating custom reports.

- Skills: Deep understanding of manufacturing journal entries, material bills (BOM) in Tally, local tax compliance, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
