We are looking for an Accountant Executive who:

- Can manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Has hands-on experience working on Tally and can efficiently manage accounting entries and transactions.
- Can handle invoices, bills, expenses, payments, receipts, and other accounting documentation.
- Can manage accounts payable and receivable and ensure timely follow-ups for outstanding payments.
- Can assist with bank reconciliation, ledger maintenance, and regular accounting activities.
- Can coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and other finance-related matters.
- Can maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Can assist with monthly closing activities and prepare basic financial reports when required.




- Has valuable communication skills and is comfortable making follow-up calls with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Can work with the team to ensure that accounting processes are completed accurately and within timelines.

Other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally is a must.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced work environment will be an added advantage.

Location: Shahpur Jat, Delhi Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Pay: ₹8,587.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
