EHSPL s experienced staff has designed wireless structures & sites spanning various regions of the United States.

: Accountant - India Office

Overview / Purpose Our accountant/ bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate daily records of transactions, reconciling and categorizing bank entries, preparing MIS reports, and providing whatever support is needed to the accounting team based in The USA. Position is based out of Manesar, Haryana, India. This position requires the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow up with team members to finalize projects in a timely manner.

Key Position Responsibilities:

- Manage US accounting operations, including bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting discrepancies and provide support on accounting matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies,



procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing financial statements.
- Daily entries in Quick Books. Should be able to maintain it error free.
- Managing bank and general ledger reconciliations as required.
- Tracking fixed assets.
- Preparing the trial balance.
- Work with Directors of the company to identify issues and problems related to accounting.
- Manage administrative duties as needed
- Maintain two company books

Qualifications & Skills

- The candidate needs to be a self-starter who is able to multi-task effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational and customer service skills are essential.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel/ MS Office
- Quick Books expertise is required.
- A college degree in accounting or a related field is required.
- Robust written & oral communication skills are required.
- 2 + years of experience in related fields preferred.

Job Details

- Job Type: On-site
- Work Location: IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, India
- Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Monday - Friday) to allow for overlap with the US team.
