Accountant – Black and White Creations

Black and White Creations, an Indian Railways Authorised Advertising Agency, is looking for an experienced Accountant with 2+ years of relevant experience to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping independently.
- Maintain Tally entries including purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal and contra entries.
- Manage vendor payments, accounts payable/receivable and reconciliations.
- Handle TDS-related accounting and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers and reports.
- Handle B2B client billing, collections and account reconciliation.
- Verify invoices, bills and supporting documents.
- Manage bank, client and vendor reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.
- Coordinate with vendors,



clients and internal teams regarding accounts matters.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2+ years of practical accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, journal entries and financial statements.
- Experience in vendor payments, purchase/sales entries and TDS.
- B2B and service industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent ownership and problem-solving skills.

Ideal Candidate: A self-driven and responsible skilled who can handle accounting activities independently with minimal supervision, take complete ownership of assigned work, and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
