Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end/year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, financial controls, and accounting software, along with the ability to independently handle accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and general ledger.

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and general ledger reconciliations.

- Handle month-end and year-end closing activities within defined timelines.

- Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.

- Monitor receivables and payables and follow up on outstanding balances.

- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, and other management reports as required.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation,



and statutory requirements.

- Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory filings and reconciliations, as applicable.

- Coordinate with auditors and provide required schedules, documents, and supporting information.

- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.

- Establish and maintain appropriate internal controls over accounting processes.

- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.

- Review invoices, expenses, payments, and supporting documentation for accuracy and authorization.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial planning activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, banks, auditors, and other stakeholders.

- Guide junior accounting staff and review their work for accuracy and completeness.

- Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities as assigned.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
