– Accountant Position: Accountant Department: Finance & Accounts Experience: 2-3 Years Location: Thane, mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team with reconciliations, reporting, taxation, and month-end closing. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and accounting records . Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries .

Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and ledger reconciliations. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

Prepare Trial

Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet , and other financial reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable and follow up on outstanding payments. Verify invoices, expenses, debit notes, credit notes, and supporting documents.

Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.



Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and information. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables. Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records.

Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required

SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting principles and bookkeeping . Positive understanding of GST and TDS . Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime . Knowledge of BRS, ledger scrutiny, journal entries, provisions, and closing entries . Good analytical and numerical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification preferred.

ExperienceCandidates with experience in end-to-end accounting, taxation, reconciliation, and financial reporting will be preferred.
