Role Description The Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi. The person in this position will manage day-to-day relationships with key customers, ensuring orders are handled efficiently and client expectations are met. Typical responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating with production and logistics teams, tracking order status, addressing issues or escalations, and maintaining accurate customer records.

The Account

Manager will also support business development efforts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, preparing quotations, and participating in client meetings.



Regular reporting on account performance and collaboration with internal stakeholders to improve service quality are core aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and account servicing skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer requirements simultaneously.
- Experience in order management, coordination with production and logistics, and basic knowledge of fabric or textile manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with MS Office and basic data/report preparation.
- Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or account management in manufacturing, textiles, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi on a full-time basis and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Textile Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
