Daily Responsibilities

· Prepare and submit Daily MIS reports before the specified deadline.

· Monitor and update Fund Flow Statements.

· Review Daily Sales Reports, Collection Reports, and Expense Reports.

· Monitor Monthly Sales Summary and Overdue Receivables.

· Review UPVC Sheet Overdue Reports and follow up for collections.

· Ensure daily software backup and data security.

· Verify stock reports and inventory transactions.

· Download and record daily bank transactions and statements.

Weekly Responsibilities

· Prepare Sales Comparison Reports.

· Prepare Product-wise Sales Analysis Reports.

· Review Collection Comparison Reports.

· Monitor and follow up pending receivables up to 40 days.

Monthly Responsibilities

· Prepare Monthly Sales Comparison Reports.

· Prepare Product-wise Sales Performance Reports.

· Prepare Collection Performance Reports.

· Review Upcoming Payment Schedules and Cash Requirements.

· Monitor Loan Outstanding Details and Repayment Schedules.

· Prepare Bank Balance Statements for all bank accounts.

· Prepare Schedule of Sundry Creditors.

· Analyze department-wise expenses.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
