nWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of client projects, maintaining high-quality standards, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring clear communication across internal and external stakeholders.

n

nThe ideal candidate brings strong account management and production experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a solutions-oriented approach to working with cross-functional teams.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n Manage the effective and efficient delivery of client deliverables within agreed timelines and quality standards.

nIdentify and resolve issues as they arise, escalating to Senior Management where appropriate.

n Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external clients throughout project delivery.

nCreate and manage projects in Manage Plus.

n Assign tasks to Developers, Artworkers, and QA teams.

nRoute assets to clients for review and feedback.

n Maintain resource allocation trackers and ensure effective utilization of resources.

nTrack manual metrics for jobs that are not managed through Manage Plus.

n Ensure all mandatory requirements and quality checks are completed before work leaves the studio.

nEnsure effective time management across projects and deliverables.

n Ensure timesheets are completed accurately each week.

nProvide guidance and support to team members across different levels within the Print team.

n Lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Artworkers,



Developers, QA, and other stakeholders.

nMaintain a positive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery.

n Work closely with regional and global teams to support a collaborative and creative working environment.

nParticipate in product and process development initiatives with regional and global leads.

n Support continuous improvement and alignment with global processes, standards, business requirements, and policies.

nWork flexible hours when required to meet project and client requirements.

nWhat We’re Looking For

n

n 5+ years of relevant experience in account management and/or production.

nStrong understanding of Print publishing from a business operations perspective.

n Knowledge of pre-press and preflight checks would be an added advantage.

nProven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

n Strong proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.

nExperience leading cross-functional teams comprising Artworkers, Developers, QA, and other staff.

n Strong organizational and project management skills.

nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.

n Highly motivated, adaptable, innovative, and eager to learn.

nStrong problem-solving skills with a positive and solutions-oriented approach.





n Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving production environment.

nAbility to work collaboratively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
