Key Responsibilities

- Manage transactions: Handle daily bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Prepare reports: Create balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and cash flow reports.

- Handle taxes: Compute taxes, prepare returns, and ensure timely government filings.

- Conduct audits: Review financial documents and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist budgeting: Prepare budget forecasts and analyze financial health.

- Calculating taxes and submitting tax returns to comply with the law

- Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data

- Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organisation

- Managing the company’s accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs

- Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases





- Rectify any anomalies or inconsistencies they discover in the company’s financial document

- Assess accounting software applications and accounting control procedures

- Make and evaluate the organisation’s year-end financial accounts

- Compose budget forecasts

- Collecting relevant information about customers’ behaviour and analysing the data to track new opportunities

- Acting as a representative of the client inside the organisation to ensure client satisfaction

- Providing updated information to the client about recent products or services to make upsells

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

- Preparing analytical reports about the progress of customer relationships and presenting them to the management
