Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a robust background in real estate and construction accounting to manage day-to-day financial operations, project accounts, and financial documentation for our builder and real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and financial transactions.
- Handle project-wise accounting for residential and commercial construction projects.
- Maintain records of sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, payables, and project costs.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Monitor customer collections, outstanding payments, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, management, vendors, and project teams.
- Maintain proper documentation for GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Track construction material purchases, contractor bills, labour expenses, and project-related costs.




- Prepare MIS reports and periodic financial reports for management.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting and compliance activities.

Requirements
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Accounts, preferably in a real estate, construction, or builder company.
- Good knowledge of real estate and construction-related accounting.
- Understanding of project costing, contractor/vendor payments, and property sales transactions.
- Proficiency in Tally/ERP, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle accounts and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in a Builder/Real Estate/Construction firm and practical knowledge of project accounts and construction finance will be preferred.
