Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents
- Assist with GST and TDS calculations, documentation, and return-related work
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, and ledger reconciliations
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable




- Follow up on outstanding customer payments when required
- Maintain proper records of expenses and transactions
- Assist in monthly and year-end account closing activities
- Coordinate with CA/auditors and provide required accounting documents
- Support management with accounting reports and financial data as required
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting activities

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Tally / TallyPrime
- Understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and basic accounting principles
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Solid numerical ability and attention to detail
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Udaipur preferred
