Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Bhuj.

The Account

Executive will manage relationships with existing industrial clients, handle day-to-day account queries, and ensure timely communication regarding orders, deliveries, and invoicing.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, tracking contracts, coordinating with operations and logistics teams, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving issues promptly,



and identifying opportunities to expand business with current and new customers.

The Account

Executive will also assist in basic reporting, follow up on payments, and support management in sales and planning activities.

Qualifications

- Robust client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in basic sales and account management activities, including quotation preparation, order tracking, and follow-up.
- Solid administrative and organizational skills, including documentation, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
- Comfort working with MS Office or similar tools for reports, spreadsheets, and email communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhuj and collaborate effectively with operations, finance, and logistics teams.
- Prior experience in mining, manufacturing, or industrial supply sectors is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn about products, processes, and customer requirements.
