Maintain day-to-day accounting entries related to automobile sales, service, and spare parts • Prepare and process invoices for vehicle sales, service jobs, and spare parts • Handle customer, vendor, and dealer ledger accounts • Perform bank, cash, and stock reconciliations • Assist in GST compliance, including purchase/sales entries and returns • Maintain records of vehicle purchases, sales, and inventory • Support month-end and year-end closing activities • Coordinate with sales, service, and stores departments for financial data • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Role & responsibilities
