Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and tax compliance at our Kandivali East office. We want a responsible professional who deeply understands their responsibilities and takes complete ownership and accountability for the work assigned. Candidates with prior experience in a CA Firm will be given solid preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take absolute accountability for day-to-day bookkeeping, accounting entries, and data verification.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and handle monthly reconciliations.
- Process TDS calculations, challan generation, and quarterly return filings.
- Assist in computing and filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Actively own the finalisation of books of accounts, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance timelines without micro-management.
