Role Description The Account Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Karkardooma Delhi. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer lifecycle. Day-to-day activities include responding to customer queries, maintaining accurate account records, and coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to resolve issues and support customer needs.
The Account
Associate will monitor account performance, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and provide feedback on customer trends and expectations. This role also involves preparing basic reports, supporting account-related documentation, and helping strengthen long-term relationships with customers and partners.
Qualifications
