Job Summary

SS Mahindra is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Accessories Manager to manage the complete accessories operations at our dealership in Vazhayila, Trivandrum.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of automobile accessories, excellent customer-handling and sales skills, and experience in managing accessories sales, inventory, fitment, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual accessories sales targets.
- Drive accessories sales by coordinating closely with the New Vehicle Sales and Service teams.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable accessories and packages.
- Improve accessories penetration and Accessories Per Vehicle (APV).
- Manage accessories stock, inventory levels, ordering, and availability.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving accessories.
- Ensure proper billing, delivery, and fitment of accessories.
- Ensure quality installation and adherence to dealership/OEM standards.
- Manage and motivate the accessories sales and fitment team.
- Conduct regular product and sales training for team members and sales consultants.




- Maintain attractive and updated accessories displays in the showroom.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to accessories.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and timely availability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership processes.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in automobile accessories sales/management.
- Previous experience in an automobile dealership will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of car accessories and automotive products.
- Good sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and MS Excel.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Education Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, Sales & Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
