? We're Hiring: Academy Operations Coordinator | India – Remote

CuriousCode Academy, the professional learning ecosystem of CuriousCode Technologies, is growing — and we're looking for an organized, proactive Academy Operations Coordinator to join our team in India.

? What you'll do

- Manage day-to-day operations for live online training programs
- Coordinate participants, trainers, schedules and cohorts
- Maintain participant, attendance and training documentation
- Support quality-management processes and documentation standards
- Coordinate participant onboarding and documentation
- Support participant engagement and career-readiness activities
- Maintain CRM/LMS records and operational reports
- Create and improve SOPs, checklists and Academy processes

✅ What we're looking for

- 2–5 years of experience in education operations, training coordination, student administration, customer success or similar roles




- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong organization, documentation and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Experience with LMS/CRM tools is a plus
- Experience with international education processes or quality management is a plus.
