Job Summary

We are looking for Chat Process Executives to join our team in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The role involves handling customer queries through chat, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through chat support.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain professional and clear communication with customers.
- Follow defined processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer service targets.




- Ensure adherence to company policies and data-security guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduates: Minimum 1 year of international voice/chat/customer support experience.
- HSC Candidates: Minimum 18 months of international voice/chat/customer support experience.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable typing speed and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in UK Shifts.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer conversations efficiently.

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
