Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and visionary Academic Head / Vice Principal for our CBSE-affiliated school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving academic excellence, monitoring teacher and student performance via the school ERP system, implementing strategic improvements in line with CBSE guidelines, and serving as the primary liaison between teachers, parents, and the School Management/Director.

Key Responsibilities

- Academic Monitoring & Student Progress:
- Track and evaluate the academic performance of students across all grades.
- Implement remedial programs and strategies to improve student learning outcomes.
- Use the School ERP system to monitor lesson plans, gradebooks, attendance, assignments, and academic reports.
- Teacher Supervision & Coordination:
- Coordinate with, guide, and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality delivery of the curriculum.
- Regularly inspect classroom teaching and monitor teacher workloads and productivity via ERP.
- Conduct faculty meetings and organize regular Teacher Training / Professional Development workshops.




- CBSE Compliance & Strategy Implementation:
- Formulate and execute academic strategies aligned with the latest CBSE guidelines and National Education Policy (NEP).
- Design annual academic calendars, lesson structures, exam schedules, and assessment patterns.
- Reporting & Leadership:
- Directly report school academic progress, teacher audits, and strategic outcomes to the Director.
- Address parent concerns and ensure smooth academic administration and discipline.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Master’s Degree (M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com) with B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as an Academic Head, Vice Principal, or Senior Academic Coordinator in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Tech Skills: Solid proficiency in operating School ERP systems, MS Excel, and digital learning platforms.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of CBSE norms, CCE/NEP frameworks, and curriculum design.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, staff management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
