KodeToCareer courses, curriculum, projects, training methodology and career opportunities. Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective counselling. Follow up with interested students and maintain regular communication.





Conduct counselling sessions and help students make informed course decisions. Maintain lead and admission records. Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets. Coordinate with the academic and training team when required.

Build a positive relationship with students throughout the admission process.

Required Skills: Must Have: Hindi English Hinglish fluent 1-2 years education/sales experience (preferred) Phone, WhatsApp, Google Meet comfortable Google Sheets / CRM basic knowledge Problem-solving aur empathy strong Bonus: ? Coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS) ? EdTech experience ? Content writing (Hinglish) ? Digital marketing background
