We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ academic requirements, counseling parents and students, recommending suitable courses or teachers, and supporting them throughout the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding suitable academic programs, courses, and learning options.

- Understand students’ educational needs, goals, and learning requirements.

- Recommend appropriate teachers, courses, and learning solutions based on individual requirements.

- Handle inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert inquiries into enrollments.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, student requirements, follow-ups, and enrollments.

- Coordinate with teachers and the academic team to ensure smooth student onboarding.

- Build positive relationships with students and parents.

- Follow up regularly to understand student satisfaction and ongoing requirements.

- Achieve assigned counseling, enrollment, and conversion targets.

- Support Eduwer’s student engagement and promotional activities.

What We Look For





- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Psychology, or a related field.

- Previous experience in academic counseling, student counseling, education sales, admissions, or customer service is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to communicate confidently with parents and students.

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Valuable organizational and time-management abilities.

- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and basic digital tools.

- Passion for education and helping students achieve their academic goals.
