In this role, your job is to listen first, understand the child's unique struggles with genuine empathy, and show parents how our personalized values create lasting change.

What We Are Looking For:

- Values-Driven Communicator: You believe in genuine child development over rote memorization. You can articulate why individualized attention works better than crowded coaching centers.
- Deep Empathy & Listening: You know how to make worried parents feel heard. You listen attentively to their concerns regarding grades, focus, and exam anxiety before offering a solution.
- Bilingual Fluency (English & Hindi): You can carry confident, warm,



and articulate conversations across both languages without hesitation.
- Consultative Closing: You guide parents gently toward action—helping them book a free 1-on-1 trial class and following up with clarity, patience, and conviction.
- Ownership & Integrity: You manage your daily pipeline diligently, keep detailed notes on each family, and take pride in enrolling students who genuinely benefit from our mentors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with parents who have actively requested information through our website and campaigns (100% inbound leads).
- Conduct warm diagnostic counseling calls to understand the student's grade, syllabus (CBSE/ICSE/State), and specific learning hurdles.
- Champion Paathshala’s philosophy of 1-on-1 mentorship, wellness, and self-paced mastery.
- Schedule and coordinate free 1-on-1 demo sessions between parents and matched tutors.
- Follow up with parents post-demo to discuss feedback, address questions, and complete subscription enrollments.
