We are looking for a confident and motivated Academic Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, or customer handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students , prospective candidates and clients regarding available courses and training programs.
- Handle enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand the candidate’s requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into business clients.
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective clients
- Achieve individual counselling and enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling,
academic counselling, sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Candidates with strong sales or telecalling experience are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow up consistently.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- computer knowledge.
