Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor and support Ab Initio production workflows.
- Investigate and resolve ETL job failures and data issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor batch schedules and SLA adherence.
- Work on incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Support EME, Conduct>It, and Ab Initio environments.
- Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
- Create support documentation and operational procedures.
