Selected candidates may be aligned to one of two career tracks based on their skills, interests, and business requirements:

Track 1: Pharmacovigilance Technology
Work on technology-enabled Pharmacovigilance projects involving safety databases, data analysis, automation, regulatory processes, and AI-assisted safety workflows.

Track 2: Technology R&D; – AI/ML & Data Science
Work with emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, software development, automation, and cloud technologies to develop and validate solutions for real-world healthcare and life sciences applications.
Key Responsibilities

Pharmacovigilance Technology Track
Assist with data analysis, reporting, and data extraction using SQL
Review and validate data extracted by AI engines from unstructured medical or patient reports
Support configuration and testing of safety systems such as Oracle Argus Safety, ARISg, and LifeSphere MultiVigilance
Participate in data migration, validation, testing, and documentation activities
Perform quality checks on AI-assisted case processing and documentation
Develop and support custom queries and operational reports
Assist with troubleshooting of system issues under supervision
Learn Pharmacovigilance processes,



regulatory requirements, and safety databases
Maintain project documentation and version control

Technology R&D; Track
Assist in research, design, and development of technology solutions
Build and test software prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and internal tools
Explore emerging technologies, frameworks, APIs, and open-source technologies
Work with AI/ML, data science, automation, and software engineering concepts
Conduct technical research and literature reviews and present findings
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and product teams
Document experiments, technical findings, and learnings
Contribute to internal technology knowledge repositories

Required Qualifications
B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline
Minimum 75% in 10th and 12th
Minimum 7.0 CGPA in graduation/post-graduation
0–1 year of professional experience; internships and academic projects may be considered
Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills
Good communication and documentation skills
Strong willingness to learn and work with emerging technologies
Ability to adapt to technology-driven and automated workflows

For PV Technology Track
Basic knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL
Familiarity with databases and data concepts
Interest in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and Pharmacovigilance




Academic or basic exposure to safety databases such as Oracle Argus or ArisGlobal LifeSphere is an advantage

For Technology R&D; Track
Strong programming fundamentals in at least one language such as Python, Java, or C++
Familiarity with software development concepts and SDLC
Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms
Familiarity with Git or other version-control systems
Interest in AI/ML, data science, automation, and emerging technologies

Preferred Skills
Exposure to any of the following will be an advantage:
Python, AI/M, SQL, PostgreSQL, Data Analytics, JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, APIs | AWS | Git
Previous internships, academic projects, hackathons, research projects, or personal technology projects are welcome.
