Position: HEAD – CORPORATE FINANCE & INVESTOR RELATIONS

Reporting To: Co-Founder / Partner

THE ROLE

We are looking for a senior Corporate Finance & Capital Markets leader to drive capital strategy, fundraising, investor relations, M&A; and IPO-readiness initiatives.

The role will work closely with the Promoter, Board and Investment Committee and will require strong strategic judgement, financial expertise and the ability to manage institutional stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Corporate Finance & Capital Structuring

Own capital structure, capital allocation, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and working-capital strategy.

✅ Debt & Equity Fundraising

Lead project finance, ECBs, structured facilities and equity/growth-capital raises with banks, NBFCs, DFIs, PE/infrastructure funds and strategic investors.

✅ Investor Relations & IPO Readiness

Drive the equity story, investor communications and IPO-readiness initiatives, including governance, financial track record and coordination with merchant bankers, legal counsel and regulators.

✅ M&A; & Strategic Transactions

Lead M&A;, JV and strategic partnership opportunities, including valuation, due diligence, transaction structuring and negotiations.

✅ Board & Investment Committee Reporting

Prepare MIS covering financial performance, capital deployment, risk,



portfolio strategy and business-plan performance.

✅ Team & Stakeholder Leadership

Build and mentor the Corporate Finance, Treasury and IR team while managing relationships with investors, lenders, rating agencies, regulators and advisors.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

15–20+ years in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Project Finance or Fund/Investment Management

Strong exposure to Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure

Proven track record in Debt Financing, Equity/Growth Capital and M&A;

Hands-on experience with Project Finance, ECBs, Syndication and Institutional Fundraising

Direct exposure to an IPO process strongly preferred

Experience managing relationships with Banks, NBFCs, DFIs, PE/Infrastructure Funds and Institutional Investors

CA and/or MBA (Finance); CFA is a strong plus

Knowledge of Solar PV, Wind, BESS, EPC & IPP models preferred
