Role & Responsibilities

- Design and deploy machine learning models to predict clinician hiring trends, attrition risk, and skill-demand hotspots across Indian healthcare markets.

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms to ingest, clean, and transform heterogeneous healthcare workforce datasets.

- Collaborate with product and HR teams to translate business problems into data-driven KPIs and visual dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.





- Apply NLP techniques to parse and categorize unstructured clinician resumes and job descriptions for intelligent matching and recommendation.

- Optimize model performance through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and A/B testing of scoring logic.

- Document modeling approaches and maintain reproducible experiments using Git, MLflow, or similar version control frameworks.
