Role : COPILOT ENGINEER AND ANALYST

Resident in Doha, Qatar. 15 months, full time. Arabic and English.

THE ROLE IN ONE LINE :

Sit with the business across ten domains, turn what they say into buildable agent specifications, then build 19 of the agents yourself.

WHAT YOU WILL ACTUALLY DO :

- Run discovery workshops with business owners across engineering and projects, human capital, human resources, legal, operations, shipping, subsurface, supply and finance. The client's program manager convenes them; you run the session and leave with a specification.
- For every agent, write the held-out evaluation set and agree its pass threshold with the business owner BEFORE the build starts. This is the control that stops an agent shipping on a good demo.
- Build the Microsoft 365 Agent Builder half of the catalog, 19 agents grounded in SharePoint and tenant content.
- Own the Arabic terminology work on three agents : approved templates and glossary held in SharePoint, drafting constrained to them, and terminology drift flagged for human review rather than silently corrected.
- Run acceptance testing per agent and hold the line on the four acceptance conditions.
- Run enablement for the client's own maker community, and in the last two waves build alongside them rather than for them.

REQUIRED :

- Resident in Qatar,



or able to relocate to Doha for the engagement, with the right to work.
- Professional Arabic and English. You will draft and review Arabic ministry correspondence templates and terminology.
- Four years or more in a techno-functional Microsoft role : you gather requirements from business stakeholders and you build, rather than handing over a document.
- Microsoft 365 Agent Builder or Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online content structures, and Power Platform.
- Requirements elicitation with senior business stakeholders who are not technical and are not primarily interested in your project.
- Test design. You can write a set of cases that would actually catch a wrong answer.

CERTIFICATIONS :

PL-200 required or equivalent. AB-410 and the Applied Skills credential "Create agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio" are both robust fits, and we will fund either.

NICE TO HAVE :

- Energy, LNG or government delivery in Qatar or the wider Gulf.
- Experience running a user enablement or center of excellence program.
- Optical character recognition or document verification work.

HOW WE WILL ASSESS YOU :

A role-play. We will act as a contracts manager describing a problem loosely and in a hurry, and we will look at the questions you ask, not the solution you propose.
