Job ResponsibilitiesManage and update customer & lead data in Zoho CRM . Handle leads from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Website, Email & Calls . Assign leads to sales executives and monitor follow-ups. Track quotations, enquiries, orders and customer communication.
Maintain
Hot/Warm/Cold leads and next follow-up dates. Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for customer requirements. Prepare daily/weekly CRM and sales reports. Identify pending/missed follow-ups and ensure timely action. RequirementsGood communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Excel . Solid follow-up and organizational skills.
Experience in CRM/Inside Sales/Customer Support preferred. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
