LPGR Constructions India Private Limited is looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee the construction and civil execution of a COCO (Company Owned, Company Operated) station for a leading City Gas Distribution company in Tirupati.

The engineer will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, contractor coordination, quality control, measurements, documentation and ensuring that construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction activities at the COCO station site.
- Execute works as per approved civil/structural drawings, BOQ, specifications and project schedule.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, vendors and site manpower.
- Monitor activities such as:
- Earthwork and excavation
- PCC/RCC works
- Foundations
- Reinforcement and shuttering
- Masonry and plastering
- Flooring and paving
- Drainage and underground works
- Boundary wall and other civil structures
- Concrete works and finishing
- Canopy/structural interface works
- Station development and external works
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, piping and other teams to ensure proper civil–MEP interface.
- Check dimensions, levels, reinforcement, concrete quality and workmanship before execution.
- Ensure construction is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements and work completion documentation.
- Verify contractor measurements and assist in preparation of RA bills/measurement sheets.
- Track material requirements and coordinate with procurement/site teams to avoid construction delays.
- Monitor project progress against the approved schedule and highlight delays/issues immediately.
- Coordinate with the client/EIC and consultants during site inspections, measurements, approvals and rectification works.




- Identify drawing discrepancies, site constraints and execution issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper quality control and maintain required QA/QC documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE/safety requirements at the construction site.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure defective/incorrect work is rectified.
- Support final inspection, snag rectification, documentation and handover of the completed station.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 2–5 years of relevant site execution experience
- Strong experience in civil construction and contractor supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings.
- Good understanding of BOQ, quantity measurement, billing and site documentation.
- Good knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, concrete and finishing works.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site in Tirupati.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:

- Petrol pump / COCO / CODO station construction
- CNG station / City Gas Distribution projects
- Industrial/commercial construction
- Infrastructure projects
- Fuel station forecourt and associated civil works
- Experience working directly with CGD companies, oil companies or EPC contractors

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and site-oriented, capable of independently managing day-to-day civil execution rather than only preparing reports.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable coordinating contractors, checking work on site, taking measurements, resolving execution issues and maintaining documentation while working toward strict project completion timelines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
