OCM – Program Communications Lead (S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation) Role: Program Communications Lead – Organizational Change Management (OCM) Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end communication strategy for S/4HANA Greenfield transformation program - Define and manage program-wide communication roadmap aligned with program milestones - Drive executive communication and leadership messaging across stakeholders - Establish communication governance, standards, and templates - Ensure consistent and timely communication across all program workstreams - Oversee communication channels including newsletters, townhalls, leadership updates - Drive stakeholder engagement through targeted communication plans - Support cutover and hypercare communication strategy - Collaborate closely with Change Lead, Change Partners, and PMO Key Responsibilities: - Develop comprehensive communication strategy and plan - Design and manage communication calendar across program lifecycle - Create executive-level presentations, SteerCo decks, and leadership messaging - Oversee development of communication artifacts (emails, newsletters, FAQs) - Govern messaging consistency across global regions and teams - Track communication effectiveness and engagement metrics - Enable communication campaigns aligned with releases and deployments - Mentor and guide communication support team members - Provide updates to program governance and leadership forums Requirements:



- 10+ years of experience with strong focus on OCM communications - Proven experience leading communications for SAP S/4HANA programs - Strong storytelling and executive communication skills - Experience handling global stakeholder communication - Ability to create leadership-ready content (SteerCo, CXO briefings) - Experience in large transformation programs - Familiarity with change frameworks (ADKAR/Prosci) - Strong proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools Project-Specific Requirements: - Experience in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation programs - Ability to manage communication across multiple releases/waves - Experience with structured program governance communication - Understanding of integration with training, readiness, and change activities - Exposure to digital communication tools and platforms - Experience in crisis communication and cutover messaging Account Context: - Large-scale SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation - Multi-country rollout with diverse stakeholders - High focus on clear, consistent program communication - Executive-level stakeholder engagement and reporting - Phased rollout and release-based implementation approach - Close collaboration with PMO, Functional, and OCM teams - Transition from legacy to S/4HANA setting - Emphasis on communication effectiveness and adoption outcomes
