Responsibilities

- Develop and implement production planning and control strategies to optimize production efficiency, minimize lead times and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to forecast customer demand and create production plans to meet customer needs.
- Manage and coordinate with production teams to ensure that production schedules are met and products are delivered on time.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure that production is not interrupted due to lack of raw materials or finished goods.
- Analyse production data and create reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost- saving opportunities.




- Develop and maintain accurate production plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate production workflow & monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time.
- Plan to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Strong understanding of Daily Production Planning, Shift Planning,Production Management principles.
- Proficiency in using SAP systems for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of SAP MM (Material Management) and PP (Production Planning) modules.

Qualifications

- 6-12 years of PPC (Production Planning & Control)
- B-Tech or Diploma Engg ( Mechanical )
