We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who can take ownership of the product experience and turn complex AI-driven insights into simple, intuitive and high-quality experiences.

What you’ll do

- Own the UX/UI design of the JobsAIQ product from concept to execution.
- Design intuitive experiences across onboarding, resume upload, AI assessments, scores, insights, recommendations and dashboards.
- Simplify complex AI and data-driven information into experiences users can understand quickly.
- Translate product requirements and business goals into thoughtful UX solutions.
- Create clean, up-to-date and premium interfaces with strong attention to detail.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Work closely with the founder, product and engineering teams to take designs from concept to production.
- Conduct user research and usability testing where required and use insights to improve the product.
- Build and maintain reusable components and contribute to a scalable design system.
- Review implemented designs and work closely with developers to ensure design quality and consistency.
- Take ownership of the overall product experience and continuously identify opportunities to improve usability and engagement.

What we’re looking for




- 6–8 years of professional experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Strong experience designing web/SaaS products, dashboards or data-heavy digital experiences.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture and interaction design.
- Excellent visual design skills with a strong eye for typography, spacing, hierarchy and consistency.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Experience taking products from early-stage concepts through to launch and iteration.
- Ability to explain the thinking and reasoning behind design decisions, not just present visual designs.
- Strong problem-solving and product-thinking abilities.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating real product design work, UX thinking and measurable problem-solving, rather than only visual/UI work.

Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered products.
- Experience in CareerTech, HRTech, SaaS, FinTech, productivity or other data-driven products.
- Experience designing assessments, scoring systems, dashboards or recommendation engines.
- Experience building or contributing to design systems.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in an early-stage startup.

Hiring Process

Round 1 — Mandatory UX/UI Assessment

After the initial CV + portfolio screening, shortlisted candidates will receive a mandatory UX/UI design assessment based on a real-world JobsAIQ product scenario.

The assessment will evaluate:

- UX thinking
- Problem-solving
- User journey design
- Information hierarchy
- UI quality
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Product thinking
- Design rationale

Completion of the assessment is mandatory to proceed to the interview stage.

Round 2 — Design & Portfolio Discussion

A detailed discussion around your portfolio, previous projects, design decisions, challenges and approach to solving product problems.

Round 3 — Final Interview

Discussion with the leadership team around product thinking, ownership, collaboration and working in an early-stage startup environment.

Compensation

₹17–22 LPA, depending on experience, capabilities and demonstrated performance.
