Role Description The Lead Calling Executive – Interior Design will manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries related to interior design services. In this full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, the executive will qualify leads, explain service offerings, schedule design consultations, and maintain accurate records in CRM or lead-management systems. Daily responsibilities include following up on marketing leads, coordinating with the design team to understand project requirements, and ensuring that potential clients receive timely, clear information. The role also involves tracking conversion metrics, providing feedback on lead quality to the marketing team, and supporting a seamless handover of clients to designers or project managers.



The Lead Calling Executive is expected to maintain a professional, courteous communication style and contribute to a positive client experience.
Qualifications

- Robust verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle client queries clearly and professionally.
- Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer support, preferably in interior design, real estate, or related service industries.
- Proficiency in using CRM or lead-management tools, basic data entry, and maintaining organized call and lead records.
- Ability to understand and explain interior design services, packages, and processes in simple, client-friendly language.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English and local languages commonly spoken in Bengaluru; additional language skills are an advantage.
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct in all client and team interactions.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is preferable.
- Prior experience in an on-site office setting and willingness to work full-time from the Bengaluru location.
- Enthusiasm for interior design and a willingness to learn about design terminology and project workflows.
