Role Description The Typist role at Ruchishank Designs is a part-time position based in Mumbai.

The typist will be responsible for preparing, formatting, and updating documents, reports, and correspondence with a high level of accuracy and speed. Day-to-day tasks include typing from handwritten notes,oral dictation and maintaining organized files.

Qualifications

- Strong typing and audio typing skills with high accuracy and consistent speed.
- Solid clerical skills, including document organization, filing, and basic record-keeping.
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency with word processing software and basic office applications.
- Effective communication skills in english
- Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a typing or clerical role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent in English; additional training in office administration is an advantage.
