About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a clear understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, tracking, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop lead-generation strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns based on audience, creatives, placements, keywords, and conversion data.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Research audiences, competitors, keywords, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.




- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization of ad spend.
- Troubleshoot campaign, tracking, account, and lead-flow-related issues.

Requirements

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Strong experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns, preferably for real estate, education, B2B, or other lead-driven businesses.
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, remarketing, and audience targeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and take optimization decisions independently.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking will be an added advantage.
