What we are looking for

Role: Citrix Daas & Digital Employee Experience (DEX)- Engineer

Experience Range: 5 to 10 Years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Kochi/Pune/Hyderbad

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in Citrix Virtualization technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Citrix DaaS (Citrix Cloud) and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD).
- Expertise in Citrix Studio, Director, StoreFront, Gateway, Cloud Connectors, PVS, and MCS administration.
- Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platforms such as Nexthink, Lakeside SysTrack, or equivalent tools.
- Robust troubleshooting skills for VDI, application delivery, profile management, and endpoint performance issues.
- Experience in creating dashboards, monitoring, reporting, and analytics for user experience and endpoint health.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and User Profile Management (FSLogix preferred).
- Experience in incident, problem, and change management processes.
- Strong understanding of performance tuning, root cause analysis (RCA), and infrastructure monitoring.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Microsoft Azure administration.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / ADC administration. Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID. Experience in developing Nexthink Remote Actions, Campaigns, Custom Fields, and Investigations.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
- Knowledge of VMware vSphere/ESXi or Nutanix environments.
- Relevant certifications such as Citrix CCA/CCP, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), or ITIL Foundation.

Essential:

- Seeking a Citrix DaaS & DEX Engineer to manage and optimize Citrix Cloud environments, virtual desktop infrastructure, and digital employee experience platforms. The candidate will be responsible for end-user computing services, proactive monitoring, endpoint experience optimization, automation, and infrastructure support to ensure seamless digital workplace experiences.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
