We are looking for one to two Inside Sales Specialists to set up meetings between our team and HR and Talent Acquisition leaders across India.
What you will do
- Reach HR heads, TA heads, CHROs and business heads through calls, email and LinkedIn
- Work from defined target lists by city and sector
- Book qualified meetings for our field associates and senior partners
- Log every conversation and meeting in our registration sheet
Who fits
- 2–6 years in B2B inside sales or appointment setting, ideally for HR, recruitment, consulting or professional services
- Comfortable speaking with senior HR leaders by phone
- Clear, skilled written English; Hindi is an advantage
- Disciplined about follow-up and record-keeping
How you are paid
- A fixed amount for every qualified meeting held
- A share of the fee when a meeting you booked becomes an engagement
- A monthly retainer once you consistently cross the monthly meeting target
