Role Description The Junior Interior Designer will support the design team in developing concepts, preparing layouts, and assisting with project documentation for residential and commercial spaces. Day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to space planning, helping produce construction drawings, coordinating FF&E; selections, and assisting with vendor communication and material sourcing. The role also involves supporting site supervision activities, ensuring design intent is maintained during execution and that timelines and quality standards are met. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with senior designers, contractors, and suppliers.
Qualifications

- Ability to apply Space Planning and Interior Design principles to residential and commercial projects.
- Foundational knowledge of Architecture and building systems relevant to interior design practice.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience or training in FF&E; selection, including finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of design software (e.G., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and MS Office.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Interest in contemporary design trends, sustainable materials, and innovative design solutions.
