Position Overview We are looking for a hands-on Videographer & Video Editor who can independently shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos for product marketing and social media. This is a core creative role, not an agency-style job. You will work closely with the founder and marketing & sales team to create product demo videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and social media videos that clearly communicate our technology and impact. Key Responsibilities Shooting & Production - Shoot product demo videos, explainer videos, testimonials, company youtube videos / reels, interviews, podcasts - Handle camera setup, framing, lighting, and basic audio (mic setup) - Cover office shoots, manufacturing, hospital demos, and events when required ✂️ Editing & Post-Production - Edit videos using Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / Similar Softwares - Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Videos/Shorts, LinkedIn & other social media - Perform color correction, basic sound cleanup, transitions,
