Patient Calling Representative (Spanish)

Location: Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab

Openings: 3

Experience: 2–3 Years

Salary: ₹38,000–₹40,000/month

Salary: Negotiable for the right candidate based on relevant experience and language proficiency.

Working Days: Monday to Friday + Saturday half day

Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

We are hiring a Patient Calling Representative (Spanish) for a U.S.-based healthcare project.

Requirements

- Fluent English and Spanish is mandatory.
- 2–3 years of experience in International BPO, Customer Service, Collections, Healthcare BPO or similar voice-based roles.
- Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Experience handling customer/patient calls, queries and follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with international/U.S. customers or patients.
- Candidates from Delhi NCR can apply if willing to relocate to Mohali, Punjab.

Key Responsibilities




- Handle patient calls for a U.S.-based healthcare project.
- Communicate with patients professionally in English and Spanish.
- Handle patient queries, requests and follow-ups.
- Provide clear and accurate information to patients.
- Maintain proper records of calls and interactions.
- Ensure a qualified and customer-focused experience.
