We are looking for a Regional Manager to manage and drive the growth, performance, and patient experience of multiple clinics across the assigned region.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Drive clinic revenue, patient footfall, conversion, repeat visits, and overall business growth.
n
- Monitor clinic-wise performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
n
- Manage and motivate front desk and clinic support teams and drive accountability.
n
- Ensure a smooth patient journey from enquiry and appointment through consultation, treatment, billing, and follow-up.
n
- Monitor patient follow-ups, missed appointments, conversions, retention, and satisfaction.
n
- Ensure smooth clinic operations, SOP adherence, issue resolution, and service standards.
n




- Monitor stock and inventory and coordinate timely replenishment.
n
- Coordinate with central marketing/business teams to improve patient footfall.
n
- Develop local tie-ups, referral networks, and business opportunities with doctors, healthcare professionals, corporates, and institutions.
n
- Conduct regular clinic visits, team reviews, training, and performance assessments.
n
- Prepare and share regular clinic performance reports and actionable insights with senior management.

Candidate Profile

n

n
- 5–10 years of experience in clinic operations, healthcare, wellness, hospitals, diagnostics, or multi-location service businesses.
n
- Strong experience in multi-clinic/location management and business target achievement.
n
- Solid leadership, team management, problem-solving, communication, and business development skills.
n
- Patient-centric and result-oriented approach.
n
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.
n
