Listing 1: Accounts Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Mumbai for an experienced Accounts Manager to handle accounting and compliance for our Indian clients.

You will own the monthly accounting cycle end to end: reviewing entries, closing books, reconciliations, and GST and TDS compliance. You will also guide a junior accountant and prepare MIS reports for client management.

Key Responsibilities

- Review accounting entries in TallyPrime, including inventory
- Bank, ledger and GSTR-2B reconciliations
- Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual returns
- TDS computation, payments and quarterly returns
- Monthly closing, provisions and MIS reporting
- Supervise and review the junior accountant's work
- Coordinate with client management and auditors

Qualifications





- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and compliance
- CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com
- Solid hands-on experience with TallyPrime, including inventory
- Has independently handled GST and TDS compliance
- Good with MS Excel
- Clear communication and able to deal with clients directly
- Immediate joiners preferred

Listing 2: Junior Accountant

Role Description

This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Mumbai for a Junior Accountant to support accounting and compliance for our Indian clients.

You will handle day-to-day accounting entries and support monthly GST and TDS compliance, working under the guidance of an Accounts Manager and a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

- Record sales, purchase, bank and inventory entries in Tally
- Maintain cash book and expense vouchers
- Organise and file supporting documents
- Support GST and TDS compliance work
- Assist with reconciliations and month-end closing

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in accounting
- B.Com, or pursuing CA / CMA
- Comfortable with Tally entries
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Organised, accurate and keen to learn
- Immediate joiners preferred
