The AGM/DGM – ERM will support the Chief Risk Officer in building and operationalizing the

enterprise risk management framework across Jindal Steel. The role will focus on risk identification,

n

assessment, monitoring, and mitigation across financial, operational, and compliance domains.

Key Responsibilities

n

1. ERM Framework Implementation & Governance

n

n
- Support implementation of ERM framework (COSO, ISO 31000)
n
- Develop risk policies, SOPs, governance structures
n
- Drive risk awareness across organization
n

n

2. Risk Identification & Assessment

n

n
- Identify financial, operational, compliance risks
n
- Maintain risk registers and heat maps
n
- Track KRIs and risk appetite
n

n

Risk Mitigation & Monitoring

n

n
- Track mitigation plans
n
- Monitor controls across finance processes
n
- Escalate key risks
n

n

4. Risk Reporting & Analytics

n

n
- Prepare dashboards for leadership
n
- Maintain risk registers and reporting
n

n

5. Stakeholder Management

n

- Work with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Audit, Operations

n

6. Business Continuity

n

- Support financial continuity planning

n

Qualifications & Experience

n

CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred with 10–12 years of work experience.
