Role Description The Business Development Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will support the development of new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients in the hospitality and restaurant sector, assisting with outreach, and maintaining lead databases. Daily tasks include conducting market research, analyzing trends and competitor activity, and helping prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials. The intern will collaborate with the marketing and client service teams to coordinate meetings, follow up on leads, and contribute to client relationship management.



This role offers practical exposure to business development processes, client interactions, and hospitality-focused marketing strategies.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, evaluate business opportunities, and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage with clients, prepare clear presentations, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities to identify prospects, qualify leads, and support sales pipeline development.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study industry trends, competitor activities, and target customer segments.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to assist in maintaining positive client relationships and address basic client inquiries.
- Interest in the hospitality and food & beverage industry and familiarity with digital marketing concepts are beneficial.
- Ability to work full time on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
