Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Surat. The Sales Engineer will work closely with customers to understand technical requirements, propose suitable EMS solutions, and prepare accurate quotations and project scopes. Daily responsibilities include conducting product and capability presentations, supporting the sales team with technical insights, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.



The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and service. The Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, contribute to business development initiatives, and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support for electronic manufacturing or related industries.
- Robust Sales and Customer Service capabilities to manage accounts, build relationships, and support order growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Relevant technical background, such as a diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related engineering field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (schematics, BOMs, drawings) and align solutions with customer needs.
- Proficiency with basic CRM and office productivity tools; experience in EMS or PCB assembly environments is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally on-site in Surat.
