? Solid experience across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
? Expertise in Agile delivery, program governance, and stakeholder management
? Experience managing enterprise application development and modernization programs
? Good understanding of Java, Spring boot, REST APIs, Microservices, System Integration, CI/CD, DevOps, and Cloud-native application development
? Experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams
? Experience with GenAI or Agentic AI-enabled delivery is preferred
