Eterna Vita is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive client acquisition, sales, and business growth at our premium wellness centre in Hyderabad.

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Experience: 4+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time | Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

- Manage incoming enquiries, make outbound calls, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Convert leads into appointments, sales, and long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and introduce relevant wellness therapies.
- Welcome and assist clients visiting the centre.
- Maintain lead records,



track conversions, and achieve sales targets.
- Drive repeat sales through effective client relationship management.

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, or customer-facing roles.
- Exceptional communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English is essential.
- Fluency in Telugu and Hindi is strongly preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
